The San Joquain County Employee’s Retirement Association (SJCERA) exists for the exclusive purpose of providing accurate, timely benefits and services to its members and their beneficiaries. The Association is also charged with maximizing investment returns on member and County contributions, and defraying reasonable expenses of administration.  Their emphasis on efficiency, cost-control, and member service inspired them to seek Optix as the document management and imaging solution for their Macintosh-based organization.
